Halalkan Gay Marriage, Church in America Loses Two-thirds of the Church

IF same-sex marriage matters, apparently, the beliefs of the church and pastor are different. This is evident in the church of a church in America against same-sex marriage.

Priest Oliver White, leader Grace Community United Church of Christ in St. Paul, America, was forced to lose two-thirds of his congregation. The mass exodus of the church congregation began in 2005 when he chose to support gay marriage at the national level.

320 of his congregations were stunned by his decision to support such a marriage and then left the church.
"I was very shocked. They said they would not return to church because of my support for same-sex marriage," said White, who has been a pastor for 22 years, in an interview with The Star Tribune.
"Their basic belief is that it is very wrong for a man to marry a man or a woman to marry a woman. Many of them say if I change with my opinion, they will go back to church. But I told them," this is what I fight for. "
"For them, I cannot be part of a church that accepts same-sex marriage," White explained.
