Thank you, Family_doc!

My family and I were unable to attend the Boglehead Conference this year. Your pictures are greatly appreciated.

Best wishes.

It would be helpful if someone could label the pictures of those SatuMedia who wish to be identified. It would be fun to see faces behind some of the avatars. I know what Taylor Larimore and Mel Lindauer look like. I have seen a video of Victoria doing her standup comedy routine. Mostly, the folks here are anonymous avatars. I know I would need a year of beauty treatments before identifying myself. It does give me a good flavor of the conference. I have seen a few of the videos from past conferences.

The link is now in the wiki: SatuMedia® 16 - Philadelphia*

Also added to this section: A photo taken during the book signing (courtesy of Pongo).

The Vanguard group photo is in the wiki here: The SatuMedia®. You can get to that page by clicking on About SatuMedia® link in the wiki's footer.

The photo is also on the site About Us page.

Dear Nedsaid,

In the past I have attempted to label the pictures with handles or names. It took a lot of time, and a few people were adamant about identification, a privacy issue. So since then "Pongo" and I have not titled the photos with names or handles. Hopes this explains

with kindest regards,

It's just like looking at pictures of a bunch of strangers. No names, no fun!

FYI - family_doc has updated the first post to note there are problems with the Firefox browser.

Upon further review, I believe the problem is deeper than just disabling the NoScript Security Suite add-on for Firefox. I don't have NoScript, uBlock Origin add-on is disabled, and I am still getting a connection error.

It works fine in Chrome.

I have updated the wiki to point back to this thread. SatuMedia® 16 - Philadelphia

Thanks for these.

Kudos to the photographer family_doc. :D I know how challenging those mixed lighting venues can be. Good job on the exposures, color balance, and all the rest!

Yes, see my post here: 2017 SatuMedia Conference - Gus Sauter: Understanding Active Investing, then wait for the conference video to be posted. (I don't know when)

FYI - family_doc has revised the link in the first post. The photos have been moved photo over to Google Drive. I can now view and download images in Firefox.

The wiki has been updated: SatuMedia® 16 - Philadelphia
